Wonderful accommodation

The staff performs their duties in a completely perfect way. I would especially like to mention the employees Chathuri and Sara - ladies, you are the best!

I'd like a little more modern music during the New Year's gala dinner. Also, the location of the salads and fruits was not very well thought out - they were located near the bar, not in the lobby, and there was no sign of it. As a result, the main courses and the grill were almost gone by the end of the evening, and the salads and fruits were almost untouched.

Stay was average due to poor experience of a hotel which calls itself exclusive being unaccomodating

We liked the location of the hotel. Its right on the beach with great views of the ocean. Room size was very good with comfortable beds.

Attention to details, house keeping not very good. On arrival the staff was only concerned about getting their payment with not much consideration for guest comfort for a hotel which calls itself exclusive.Despite requesting for vegetarian food multiple times at the gala New years dinner it was not catered well. The dinner was mandatory reservation and was pricy but didnt take into consideration guest dietary requirements which was very disappointing.The dinner was held in an area where guests were smoking and vaping with no separate area for nonsmoking guests and children. More consideration towards these things should be given as families travel with children.

Perfect stay. Superb. Excellent. Exceptional. Friendly staff.

Super nice staff and the food was amazing. They even gave us a free candlelight dinner which was exceptional. Room service, housing staff, general manager, all the waiters, all the people who worked there is super nice and excellent. From the start from the reception to the end of our stay they were exceptionally perfect. Gave us a lot of stuff as compliments. Literally loved the place and is up to the hype they show us on the websites. The views are super and very clean. Just exceptional.

Relaxing trip and very friendly staff

Lovely hotel, the staff were very friendly and spoke great English. Chathuri and Sara were very accommodating and the spa was great. Would definitely recommend for a short stay! Our room also had a beautiful sea view and was a good size.

Good room, great location, happy staff spoiled by dreadful food.

Setting and location good.

The food was dreadful and the Christmas gala far too expensive and not at all good food, too many options and not one was done well. The hotel forced us to join in this disastrous meal in the dinning room that looked like a school canteen. We would have been much happier eating a seafood platter at one of the beach bars/ restaurants. Also the cocktails were not at all good we ate and drank far better at the little humble restaurant along the beach.

Nice days at the beach

Nice Staff, Services have been done promptly after requests. House keeping was excellent, nice bar service and helping hands at the reception.

Food quality was OK - not excellent and very loud music every day at the restaurant at dinner time. this definitely should be more in background and less noisy.
