Relaxing and comfortable stay.

The check in process was easy and straight forward. The property was spacious, and there are many amenities and facilities (gym, swimming pool, spa, salon etc.). The breakfast spread was really amazing had a variety of options.

The property could have been better cleaned. The floors were a little dusty and the room felt musty. There was a Korean restaurant but unfortunately it is closed.

Comfortable room.

The room and the staffs. The staffs are approachable, friendly and polite. They are responsive for our extra bed and toileteries and room service request.

The breakfast at the ballroom. We suppose to have breakfast at Andaliman Restaurant but not sure why they shifted the breakfast at the huge ballroom. It is not convenient as the buffet spread are scattered around and the centre of the ballroom. The coffee machine spoilt and the taste of the food doesn't meet our expectation. At least the noodle, fried rice and porridge should have much taste. The pastries, donuts and waffles station are good.They have varieties to choose from.

Great stay with clean and spacious rooms

Very neat, clean and comfortable place to stay. Staffs are helpful and responsive. Will definitely be back to stay there again

The playground for kids should be opened so that the kids can be entertained while parents enjoy their massage/services at Eska wellness

As for my opinion the toiletries at the bathroom was super nice scent.

I was disappointed for buffet breakfast at Panbil Hotel . In 2018, we came and the buffet breakfast was superb delicious and there are a lot of variety . But to my surprise I came back this year 2023 the buffet was different and the worse part I saw the vege has been wilted and food look very soggy and some of the dishes were never top up as we need to scoop up the dishes. I have to informed them the fried rice has finished I heard from the assistant mgr that they have to combine in one cafe for breakfast. Very disappointed with the food..

Comfortable exclusive hotel.

Very sufficient and exclusive aparthotel compound with all your needs. The bed was comfortable and fluffy, and the property was so well decorated in time for Christmas celebrations. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices and parking at the property is secure. We liked the swimming pool and there are shops at the property as well. Clean and comfortable unit.

Nothing to complain about, do take note that the property is quite a distance from the airport and also from the ferry terminals.

The buffet breakfast was a disaster. Super long queue just to get a table and most of the food ran out and we needed to wait long before they get replenished. Some food did not even get replenished!

Excellent place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a city lifa city

Secured (presence of security guards), clean, peace and tranquility (theres a nature park nearby where one can go for a morning or evening stroll), and convenience (theres a supermarket when you walk out from the entrance; right side and its near the houses).

The bottom of the swimming pool Is a bit of dirty and would be best if it can be maintained regularly.

Overall we have a pleasant and relaxing 3-nights stay in the Junior suite

Check-in was relatively fast. Staff did not hesitate to provide us with extra key card upon request. The place was clean and tidy. Staffs were very friendly, very helpful when comes to queries and requests. Breakfast spread was surprisingly large. Service staffs in the breakfast area were really great. The conceirge help arranged a transport for us to go to the Panbil Edu Park. The driver was very friendly and helpful. He took the extra effort to drove us around the entrance of the park to show us where the cafe was and where to get the tickets. There is a mini mart on the outside right of the exit gate. You can get your snacks or other essentials if needed. The prices are about the same as that of other supermarts
