The size of swimming pool . the number of deckchairs is less than the number of rooms. so when the hotel is full it is difficult to get a place by the pool

Excellent location, great breakfast, nice pool, very comfortable pillows and bed, sun lounger on the balcony was amazing. Lovely views from the room.

Our room was extremely humid, to that extent that we had to keep sensitive stuff (like medicine) in the fridge all the time, bed sheets felt damp all the time, bad smell in the room. From talking with other guests we found out that room humidity is an issue only in cliff view rooms. Tried speaking to one of the receptionists about changing the room as we had the long stay (6 nights), but their reply was the hotel was fully booked.

Wonderful and relaxing stay!

Rooms were spacious with comfortable king size bed. Breakfast offers wide selection of foods and is offered until 11am which is great if you want a slower morning. Location is great, set just off the main strip so away from the noise but only a short walk to the beach. Staff are friendly and on hand to help with anything you need. Room service also available majority of the day so you can enjoy food and drinks in comfort if you like. Free towels offered for both poolside and taking to the beach for the day.

Gym is very basic and a lot of the machines did not work properly, this didnt ruin our stay at all but would be ideal if improved in line with the rest of the hotel standards.

Roof top pool was lovely, as well as the breakfast. Location was great and staff helpful.

Arrived to learn that we have double bed for 3 of us to sleep, price 6000 bht to have portable bed for the little one. Sneaky booking.com takes money for 3 people room and you must pay quiet a lot to have another bed, I travelled around the world never seen anything similar and staff being rude telling me what I paid for and what I haven't. Gym facility with all equipment that I wanted to use being out of order, food below average for this class of a hotel and heavily overpriced I would not recommend neither though I would visit back
