Very good

Great hotel but staff weren't as helpful as I would have liked.

The location is great, by the river and right next to DFO South Wharf.

We booked a room on new years eve at the last minute so we didn't expect a view of the fireworks in the city from our room. I asked staff if there was somewhere nside the hotel we could show our 3 year old son the fireworks without having to go outside and unfortunately they didn't give us any advice other than to go outside.

When we returned from an event just after 10p.m on Friday night we wanted to go to the bar and have a drink but it was closed. Ie restaurant area.

Great location x looking a little tired

Location was excellent & corner room view was well worth it

We had breakfast included on the executive floor which we forgot about on the 1st night & paid for buffet downstairs which was very average. They didn't even ask us to check & we were on an executive floor, surely they would of known. Disappointing.... Rooms are looking tired, time for a refresh I think.

Perfect room to see new years eve fireworks. Close walking distance to everything in the city. Clean room and friendly and helpful staff

The staff made sure that we are comfortable, helped out to rent a car (pickup and drop off at the gate of hotel).

The restaurant for breakfast was very crowded. The staff found a solution to open up extra space later on but we had to wait a bit.

Disappointing

A dissapointing stay at a mediocre- hotel, with a nice view (one way) and good location.

Location and (one of) the view was good

Had an issue with the first room we got. Got a nice upgrade, but the two bedroom rooms cant adjust temperature from the room itself. Were freezing like crazy, made a call to adjust the temp. 40mins later the change happened. 2 hours later the room was way to hot. Rooms have the regular old-school carpets with the mandatory smell and dust. Bedrooms facing the highway (even on 19th floor) have quite a lot of road noise in the evenings. Long queues for breakfast buffet: 10+ mins to get inside, 20+ mins to get your coffee, 10mins+ for an omelette, not the greatest selection and quite a few items were not refilled when empty. No pool or kids playroom (couldve checked prior to the stay offcourse).
