Clean place and very nice place, comes with microwave/ac/fan and neat bathroom.

I booked the price for 500peso but wheb i arrived it went to 800 because apparently i booked shared bathroom "apparently " then all of a sudden it goes to 1200 peso a night because of "skin tax" on top of that you need to give 1000 peso for security deposit which was nowhere mentioned. But the worst is the area is in the middle of a slum

There was nothing I can say I liked.

Whenever I travel I always search for self-catering accommodation as I like to prepare my own breakfasts. When I booked at The Palines Apartments, this is exactly what I searched for and the booking clearly stated that the apartment has a kitchenette. After checking in I realized that the apartment has absolutely no self-catering equipment. No crockery, no cutlery, nothing to cook in or with. Not even a cup for coffee or a glass for water. When I queried this I was informed that they don't provide any of that and that I was under no circumstances allowed to cook in the apartment. This meant I had to find myself new accommodation in a hurry. They also were not willing to refund me which is completely unacceptable.

I am a Thai person who really likes staying here.

The bathroom was very clean, the room was big, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. The caretaker is very friendly. Providing our needs well every time we need something without interfering with our privacy.

Not recommended. Charged for missing items when keys are left when leaving the facility.

The location. It was walking distance to my in-laws house. The area is considered safe.

Leaving the keys with the facility. Toiletries were not provided on a daily basis. Charged for missing towels that I would only use to wipe my feet.

Consistently helpful and friendly staff; best location

Really liked the location as it is very secluded even though it's still within Metro Manila. Quaint, quiet yet close to conveniences such as Evia and Starmall Alabang. Staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Been staying here for several times now booking using Agoda and now I find an even better deal here on Booking.com
