We reached early at 7am. Reception staff were very warm and welcoming. As it was too early and the rooms were not ready, Pamela gave my family complimentary breakfast. Madeline was very kind and friendly to us each time we had breakfast- offering us bottled water and packed muffins before our train ride.

No door ledge indoors for hotel guests when they are inside the room.

The most beautiful hotel you can ever stay at in Rome. My wife and I were blown away by the exceptional service we received. The love and care and attention from everybody here. You truly made our honey moon a remarkable experience for us. One we will never forget.

Thank you team Pamela and all. The stay was super incredible!

The location of Palazzo Nainer is at a prime location and situated very conveniently within streets of shopping and F&B. The property is tastefully decorated and the cleanliness of the rooms are highly appreciated with thoughtful amenities prepared for us. What we loved most was the team! They were all heartwarming and curating our stay here. From pre check in, during the stay to checking out, the service was impeccable. Pamela was super helpful and hospitable and prepare all our pre check in documents and giving tips of getting around and gave us the best recommendations. The team were all super helpful and rendered excellent service! Thank you Pamela, Naim, Patricia, and not forgetting the lovely Madeline who greeted and serve us at breakfast area!

Amazing staff that treats you like family.

I cannot say enough about the staff at the hotel. As soon as you check in you are greeted like you are family. We were offered drinks delivered to our room while we waited for our luggage to be delivered. The breakfast and staff in the morning were so engaging and eager to get you whatever you needed. This is a small boutique hotel and is centeredly located. Our room had a view of the Spanish Steps and the Peoples Square.They have an indoor bar and a rooftop bar with beautiful views.Amazing!!!

I honestly can't think of anything that needed improvement. With it being a boutique hotel it is on the smaller side but I liked this.

Hotel management and staff were professional and made our stay comfortable, room was clean and had all what we needed. Taxi point just around the corner tube train around 5 minutes walk.
