Sea view apartment was really good and had breathtaking view. Staff was really polite and helpful, especially sude the receptionist. Even though we had early checkout at 6am, they had arranged breakfast for us.

The hotel has a fantastic location right next to the sea. The proximity to the water made my stay truly enjoyable, and the picturesque surroundings added to the overall charm. The staff at the hotel deserve special recognition for their excellent customer service. Throughout my stay, they were attentive helpful, and created a welcoming atmosphere. Their efforts significantly contributed to my positive experience. Regarding breakfast, while it was decent, I believe there's room for improvement in terms of variety. Although the food provided was fresh and sound, a more extensive selection would enhance the overall dining experience for guests.

The hotel desperately needs a renovation. The beds, particularly the mattresses, left something to be desired. I stayed there for more than I week and left with back pain because of the bed. They seemed worn and, in some cases, sagging. The bed linen also appeared quite dated. Additionally, the bathroom facilities could benefit from some attention and modernization. Water was nearly cold from time to time. The rooms are not very sound and smellproof. When someone is smoking on the next balcony you feel like they are smoking in your room.

Sometimes, you can hear music from outside bars in your room until 2:30 am at night.

Hotel was not as it was described on their website. Lots of cons; hotel bed, bland breakfast: options were not many. The hotel was overpriced, was definitely not worth the money we paid.

The Staff are amazing, go above and beyond to help out where needed. The location is excellent as well - close to the aquarium and MIGROS shopping centre. Lovely, plentiful breakfast, would definitely come back here!

Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean very nice & lively location

A couple of room call requests were not responded to, e.g. help requested to unlock the safe didnt yield any results for 2 days. I felt as if the staff may have been extra busy. Overall we still had a pleasant stay.

Location the staff at the pool area were wonderful and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful with everything the lady cleaning our room was so lovely
