I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was dimly lit to the point of feeling like a cave, emitting a musty and unpleasant smell that lingered throughout. Mould covered various areas, presenting a concerning hygiene issue. To top it off, the view from the window overlooked what appeared to be a dump ground, utterly ruining any chance of a pleasant sight. My stay was far from enjoyable, and I would strongly advise against booking this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and hygienic accommodation experience. And haven't even mentioned the generator running all night next door.

Perfect location! Nice rooms and comfy bed.

Sometimes there was nobody in the reception and you couldn't find them until a cleaner said that 'they went to the market' and didn't know when they would be back. Had a gekko in our room.

Staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

It was pretty noisy from the bar or club nearby. Thats not the fault of the hotel but if you're sensitive to having music play after midnight then maybe make sure you ask for a quiet room not at the back.

Phi phi getaway

I liked the location and thought it had a lot of potential. I think the convenience to the ferry made taking carry on luggage easy. There were a lot of restaurants near by including a great breakfast spot that opened earlier than most. I liked that the hotel provided beach towels and some toiletries.

I think the overall design was nice but the room could have used a new paint job. That would spruce it up a bit more.
