Very poor

Awful Radisson hotel

Nice views

One of the worst Radissons we've ever stayed and we always used to rely on them, so much we were platinum members. Breakfast was chaos, had to sit outside when it was raining, coffee machine broken then they filled up a hot water tank with instant coffee which looked like weak tea. Service was poor and they had a dj party night above our room one night, we were in a suite with 70 yr old parents in one room and us with a 1 year old and 6 year old in another. We complained multiple times but it took over an hour plus a few trips to the bar and reception for them to turn it off. Nice location but poor hotel.

Robbery during two days stay

Be aware! I was robbed in the hotel. I left my bag with the wallet zipped in the bag and after cleaning service I noticed that somebody has touched it and robbed 300 EUR from my wallet. It is the first time in my life to be robbed in a 4 star hotel. Additionally, the room service wanted to go inside our room without knocking when we were inside. Definitely, not a quality of 4 star international chain hotel brand.

Great stay will be back

Amazing view from the room, the breakfast was good with a good selection of breakfast items. We had dinner at the hotel and that was also great. The staff are always willing to help and come out of there way to accommodate you.

Very nice stay. Clean, comfortable with a great hotel breakfast

Clean room with balcony and air con. View of the lake. Gym is small, but adequate. Bar food was very nice. Very comfortable stay for one night. Liked it was away from the town centre and away from the noise.

Posters for a Spa at the hotel. They mean the gym.
