Great Hotel, guest friendly, no extra charge for guests, friendly staff, and location is prefect.

The Location was prefect, right in the heart of Borcagranda, and within walking distance to food, shopping, and Hollywood Beach. Also there's an ATM right next door to the property.

No Pool and No AC in the Hallways or Elevator.

Excellent location , food really good ! The breakfast was WAO yo can have fresh made eggs , prepared zucchini, tomato warm fritata , variety of fruits, fresh squeezes juice watermelon, berries, guanbana my favorite !! You a fresh with cheese made in Colombia with salami , jams , even Ajiaco , ( tpicas Chichen soup ) with Al the condiments like suero and Picante on the side . Fresh bread , butter, Yougurt , milk and 3 type cereals , tea , coffee an hot chocolate ahhh and flan !!! It was lil a a delicious BRUNCH !! And was from 6:00am until 10:00 am It was the greatest !!!

*Early check in (13.00 instead of 15.00) *Upgrade to Junior suite cause we were sick (fever). It helped a lot cause the initial room was too small. Thanks to Lucia (hope I got your name right) Staff on the floor overall very friendly/quick.

*13.00 check in - handed over passports. We were sick so left the room @20.00. While passing by front desk called us and handed over our passports. We were little bit surprised cause we didn't realized that they didn't gave us our pasports back @check in. It would have been nicer if they had brought the pasports to our room and not have waited 7 hours for us to pass by and handed over. *Booked a tour @front desk (staff 1). Payed 600.000 pesos. My girlfriend asked for an invoice. She did not get one. Despite the language bariere it was clear what she asked for. I was surprised so I went back and managed to get an handwritten invoice/note. Furthermore, we did not get detailed info (e g. exact pick up time) so in the end we canceled the tour and booked it elsewhere. At first, I showed staff 2 the app I received from the tour operator. She told me that I have to cancel it myself but after showing her the invoice she did cancel it for me. We did get our money right away. After cancelation we received an app with the detailed info needed.
