I have booked by oyo and paid to confirm my booking but when i reach on location hotel manager has denied to confirm check-in since he told he want at least 400 more to allow check in (total 800 at least, since I booked by oyo in 400). Then i manually search room and my ola cab for going and come back money have watsed and 2 hr waste.

i like nothing about this hotel, worst . Never ever anyone should visit this hotel.

I like nothing. They Charge double the amount at which I booked online didn't even provide a water bottle .Worst service ever provided by the hotel and staff.

Nothing, didn't even get the room.

Staff is very rude. I was arriving to the hotel at 12am at night. They asked for 4X the price I was originally booking. That's common I think, but they asked it with the widest smirk on their face I have ever seen. They enjoyed to make fool of the customer. It was very unpleasant experience, Don't come to this hotel! When I asked for the reason, they only said "it is not possible to book online, go complain to the booking site" I took another hotel at night...

Please refund my full amount as any alternate hotel could not be given to me.

The receptionist told me clearly that they don't/can't allow check in at that price.

It was a decent place for a solo traveller and 1.5 km from the metro station

Hotel didn't adhere to the contracted price asked 900 rs per night though the contracted price was rs 450/-. There was no response from Oyo or Booking.com

Pathatic stay

The dirty room and unhygienic toilet

They denied me to provide room at that cost so charged extra and provided worst room with no cleaning. Everywhere they have dumpd garbage bags. Its for those people who want to do some fun far from their parents. 0 rating from my side to oyo and booking.com
