Fair value for money

Room overlooking noisy road. Poor cleaning, bathroom was particularly dirty. Have stayed with this chain in other locations, standard was bad by comparison

Very good

The sheets are thick, and it's perfect for sleeping all day long with the cold aircon. It's a walking distance from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Starbucks, Jollibee, McDonald's, gym, pet supplies store, a milk tea shop below the hotel, plus you can ride a mini bus to Ayala at 15 pesos fare only.

The incidental deposit was one of the things I disliked. I booked 2 rooms, so I had to deposit 3000 pesos because it was at 1,500 each room. Though it was returned after checking out, but still.

Good

We had a good sleep.

Location is close to CEBU BUSINESS Park. Also near to Fast-foods, banks!/atm, church and pharmacy. Spacious parking. Accessible to public transport.

Elevator was not working upon check out.

Not much...maybe only the free water in the corridor

I've seen lizards in the corridor.. ,my room (which was a deluxe room) was really old,the floor was raised from the ground, air-conditioning very old and not working properly, bathroom so old and needed a big renovation,glasses very dirty... How do you think people spend money and get such a service?

The property is old, should not be tagged as hotel but hostel rather. Tv is not working, very small bed and cr's flush isn't functional. Overall facility is old already.

Cheap- about all the good I can say about this place

Cheap and simple and centrally located

Taxi driver found it hard to find, shower was rubbish. Would have been better to just use a sponge in the sink. They have the room keys that you have to slot into a device for any electric to work which meant that when you left the room all electric turned off including the air con so when I returned to the room it was roasting in there and took several hours to fully cool down. Very basic amenities included. But for the price I guess you cant expect much
