A slice of paradise

The location of this property is perfect, the beds are very comfy and its surprisingly quiet considering the location. On arrival we were welcomed with a personalised letter and a gift which was a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely return here again.

Right On the beach. We always managed to get pool deck chair. We Could walk the area to shops and restaurants. Were able to walk to zoo and aquarium.

Every time I stay in a club room, it's the best. Do you love the view and atmosphere of the lounge? The politeness of the staff is also excellent.

The food in the lounge was not very good.

Great location but over-priced and outdated

The location was perfect and the pool was great. Certain staff are really good like Holly and Michelle

The place needs a renovation as it is outdated. The elevators are really old and slow. The price paid accounts for the Christmas holidays but over-priced for what you get.

Brilliant location

Location was brilliant right in the middle of the Waikiki beach strip and the staff are excellent.

The step in shower was awkward. I had an injured leg therefore getting in and out of the shower was difficult for me and I'm thinking for older guests with limited mobility it would cause an issue as well. The room fridge is in the bathroom? Odd, never seen this before and weird to be near the toilet. There was no compendium in the room to tell you about facilities etc. I'm guessing it is in an app or on the TV somewhere but it would've been nice to just sit down and read something. The lifts to all floors are incredibly slow with the doors holding open. The touch card system assigns a lift to a floor and there were many times where you would have to wait for another lift as the one assigned was already full. It feels like the hotel is in need of a refurb. The furnishings and carpets just feel really dated and for the price I feel they should be much more contemporary. Almost impossible to get a spot by the pool or on the beach unless you're there at 6am and then don't move.
