Superb

Wonderfull location, people and hotel

This hotel is awesome. First of all the people who work in the hotel are amazing, all of them are super professional and always try to help you. We had a problem in the bedroom and they solved it promptly. We had the suite bedroom and it was super cool. The hotel is very well located, close to many restaurants, 7-Eleven, and shops which is helpful. Additionally, it is super close to the beach. The breakfast is standard. The hotel is clean and the bedrooms too. We had dinner for 2 nights at the restaurant; it was a great time and the dinner was so delicious!

The beverage at the restaurant is very overpriced; for example, a bottle of water is 5 euros. From the bedroom, you can hear the AC machines running from outside.

Good location and amazing staff, but details are missing

Great location in Surin, as close as you can get to the beach there. Fantastic breakfast, and the most helpful and kind staff.

The mattress was too hard for our preferences, and we didnt have good nights of sleep. There was no space for the luggage in the bedroom, and no luggage rack. Rooms with access to the pool are nice, but you also lose a lot in privacy (as some guests used our small porch to access the pool). We were only informed there was a hotel app in our last day (you could use the app to order extra amenities and in-room dining).

Location is right at the beach Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Room is to small and does not have sufficient storage for the suitcases or enough hooks to hang clothes or even towels. Restaurant and room service menu could offer more variety

The best hotel experience!

Absolutely everything is immaculate. The staff is amazing, the food, facilities, cleanliness amongst everything else has exceeded expectations. The staff were so polite and accommodating beyond what is expected. Has been the best hotel experience and I stayed in ALOT of hotels! Not to mentionthe location is perfect

Superb

Fabulous stay

There was a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. There were plenty ty of staff ready to help whenever possible. The hotel is very close to the beach, small restaurants and convenience shops. The breakfast was good with a big selection of food and drinks. I love they offer decaf coffee.

Nothing our stay was brilliant. However, a mirror in the room would add to the brilliance of the hotel.

Helpful and police staff, beautiful clean hotel!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff go out of their way to help make your stay perfect and they even let us leave our luggage for a week when we went to the islands to pick up on our way to the airport.

Incredible staff makes the outrigger must stay!

The staff! They were so friendly and very helpful. I become sick whilst I was there and they were very accommodating and empathetic. Id like to personally thank the staff for all their help.

Close to room 236 there must be some sort of dryer or drip or air con unit or something as there is a constant bang / click noise 24 7 that can be heard from the bedroom.
