Superb

After a ten day stay me and my family had a relaxed and spectacular stay.

The property has relaxed calming atmosphere. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The property is well maintained and the rooms very clean.

5 star amenities and service an excellent stay.

The beach here is incredible. There are so many palapas so you can always find shade. The service is top notch from the front desk to the restaurants and the service right on the beach. The margarita pizza that we ate on the beach was one of the yummiest pizzas I ever ate. The rooms are large and clean with luxurious bathrooms. About 15 min walk to the happening area of the hotel zone where there are tons of restaurants and nightclubs. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection.

Our room was in the back corner of the basement. It smelled very very musty and we couldn't even sleep because of the strong smell. garden view was actually a small patio that looked out onto a very ugly cement wall 5-6 feet away. There was no garden view at all.Ugliest and smelliest room we have ever stayed in. Would not recommend this hotel

Strictly average

The beach was the highlight of the hotel. Beautiful and very well maintained. Most of the staff members were very courteous and pleasant to interact with.

Rooms are outdated. Bathroom and shower water had some smell. Found hair on bed when i checked in. Even after being seated by the hostess at breakfast, staff chased to ask room numbers with a rude tone.

Great stretch of beach but not a very enjoyable stay

The breakfast spread was good. The beach was probably the highlight, spacious and with a good stretch of sand

Apart from the breakfast food at the open restaurant was abysmal. The beach bar was ok for good but the service terrible - one day it took over an hour to get hotdogs for kids. The worst part of this stay was the room. Except the club room and the rooms on the ground floor, the rooms are stuffy and have a musty smell. The worst is the tap water that has a terrible smell even to shower with. Our air conditioning had an issue the first day that ended up flooding our room. The hotel refused to move us to another room but fixed the ac - however it remained stuck at the same temperature which was too cold.
