Little disappointed

- The key card- you can use it even from within the wallet by swiping without having to take it out all the time - even with above issues, the room was clean enough - the staff was good too

- no car parking. You have to park your car at least a block from the hostel and that too 38usd for a night - bunk bed - for a family with a kid, it's unsafe. Also, the mattress, quilt, and pillow were not up to par - dim lighting - no deadbolt on front door - no drawers or closet to keep your valuables - no AC or heating- instead a small portable fan was given - small bath area- you can even expand your hand to use soap or towel during shower - no carpet and very slippery- it was too cold at night - TV and dish not working- all the appliances were there in the room but no of them were connected to the power. If you need to use fan, then fridge has to turn off, else oven. - no proper furniture except for a chair and table- cant order food as no place to have it except for bed - poor location- the downtown location is too bad in terms of cleanliness At last, we were just wanting to end our stay there. We were quite desperate

Pleasant Stay

The location is very good. The staff are very nice and always help when you need them. The breakfast served is very good and really unlimited. The cleanliness is also good.

The security is a little bit of an issue in dormitory rooms because you don't know whom you are sharing your room with. The cupboards provided are of no locks inside the room. The beds are not comfortable.

Great if you want to save money during your trip, book this hostel and you get to stay in downtown.

room was soso, but you can meet a bunch of strangers at the lobby lounge social room and kitchen which was what I expected to do during my stay in the hostel.

Everything was good. The room temperature that day was a bit too hot. Yet, there was nothing I could do to adjust the a/c, which resulted to my bad sleeping that night.

Convenient location, heating problems, loud streets.

Convenient location but not super safe.

Heating was a problem. I had a deluxe room the heating was off for the first three days and it was freezing inside. They said they will send someone but they appeareantly forgot. A day later another recepsionist helped and send someone. The heater was broken and they fixed it but since its a quite old building heaters are not properly balanced. So for the last three days of my stay I was burning but I didn't complain since I prefer hot over freezing. Also the windows are not in good shape so you can hear everything from the streets and I have to say its extremely loud. I am used to it but for my European friends it was really challenging.
