Rooms are cleaned very late every day .... should be cleaned by lunch time. Inconvenient if you are wanting to relax or work in the room.

Facilities, staff, food, watersports, spa, 'No.' is a word that does not exist within the premises = top-notch service

Location - please keep in mind that this is the bad weather side of the island and all tourist attraction are a drive away. If you want peace and calm and don't worry about the more frequent showers that's the place to be

Perfect honeymoon destination!

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay here. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was amazing. The staff were all so friendly and polite and there whenever you needed them. The grounds and the pools are beautiful and well maintained and there are many activities to choose from, which can be easily booked via your personal host using WhatsApp (with generally good wifi connection throughout the resort). The nightly entertainment was great with the live band and the pianist in the speakeasy and we appreciated the cocktail reception event that was held. The breakfast buffet had so much variety it was hard to decide what to eat. Overall, a great stay and we will hopefully make it back for the hotels 50th anniversary! Thanks O&O for making our honeymoon perfect. T&F :)

I recommend it to anyone who is looking for peace and perfect relaxation conditions

It was a very successful trip. The resort is wonderful and the staff who work there are even better :) Everyone tries their best to make the guests happy. The rooms are clean and large and all hotel is abolutly beautiful. Each room has a great view of the beach or bay. The food is fantastic, hospitably cooked for our chef who runs the restaurant, which has 2 stars Michellin. Additionally, all water sports (water skiing) are free, which is rare.

We saw a few cockroaches in the corridors but maybe this is normal in the tropics

A unique experience we hope to do again

The staff was amazing, the facilities were incredible. Truly a wonderful stay thanks to the whole OO team. A lot of activities to choose from for adults and kids. This hotel is more intimate than other big resorts and you truly feel the constant care from the staff. True to the OO brand, it is not crowded with influencers posing by the pool. It keeps the magic for the guests, with surprises every day and dedicated care. The resort fits quiet areas for people seeking calm as well as kids friendly areas so that all guests can enjoy. The restaurant choices are wonderful, and the staff will ensure you are fully satisfied if any extra requests! The rooms are very spacious and you can appreciate the recent refurbishment. Thank you for welcoming us, we will definitely come back

This property is spectacular! We were blown away. What made it so special was the service. Ive never experienced anything quite like it. You are truly well looked after and not treated just like a number. The staff couldnt be any more friendlier and helpful. Superb!

Great hotel

Great location, good stretch of beach, good facilities and the room was spacious and maintained.

The customer service and communication could have been better. The front desk made us wait for and hour and half for the room even though we arrived around check-in time, didnt give a reason why the room was not ready. At the restaurants, there were quite a few staff who we couldnt understand what they were saying.
