The staff is very nice and always ready to help

For 1 night, the AC did not work. But the stuff tried their best to help me, such as offer to change my room and free breakfast. I am very satisfied with the experience.

The hotel personnel were very professional and friendly. They gave us an upgrade for our room, and even left there a bottle of Cava as a complement. The room was great, view even better. Both we and my wife liked the breakfast very much. They even provide a gluten free bread by the request. We'd like to stay in this hotel some time in the future.
