Not at all

Very dark room. Not much care for cleanliness overall, "Not worth what I paid. Should be much less price-wise. I paid more than $500 a night but it looks like a $250 room style."

Just what we required

We didn't have the breakfast as we had busy days planned. The location was good for metro or indeed walking. The room was spacious, clean and bed comfortable.

During our stay the bar was mainly empty of "customers". Not a problem for us.

Comfortable, great location, incredible staff!

Modern hotel, lovely room, comfortable beds and nice showers. Staff were amazing, super friendly, polite, helpful. We were given complimentary drinks, a bottle of cava in our room, sweets for our daughter and bottles of water. We met 5 or 6 different staff members and all had exceptional customer service skills! Great location, central to most key sites and near shops, restaurants, bars and metro.

No complaints, we had a fantastic stay.
