Superb

This was the best staycation we ever has before flying out to our destination country. Definitely will stay there again.

The resort was grand, my family truly had a great time that we did not want to leave at all. We got upgraded for free very much happy with the extra room space and comfort.

We were having our breakfast at Medley buffet during our 4 days stay and noticed that most staff there were not friendly, just busy with their tasks without bothering with the expected Japanese hospitality. Seems maybe the hotel maybe was just understaffed.

Pleasant experience

There were a lot of things to do for people going for staycation i.e. several dining options, pool, gym, spa, shopping. The hotel staff (reception, guards, gym facilitators, concierge) were all very courteous and hospitable.

The Medley Buffet is a total disaster for breakfast. They are disorganized and had poor customer service - they refused to let my family have breakfast unless the person who made the booking (me) came down to sign on their logbook even though my mom explained I was still sleeping. The staff were inconsistent - some refused to allow for room charge of the breakfast while some agreed. Some staff told my sister they will verify the booking and made her sit on the table without allowing her to eat (!) while they took ages to do their verification. The food is also not good for the kind of price they charge. Not value for money.

A Must Visit Hotel

The room was huge and spotless. Bathroom was exceptional with fountain view . Breakfast buffet offers wide variety of selections and most of all delectable dishes. Pool area is also huge and offers so much relaxation. I can stay there drinking cocktails and just enjoy the view and sunset... A must visit hotel....

I had a minor and bad incident with a staff at the checkin counter but i think this is isolated case and i dont think just because of one staff it can ruin what okada had offered but in my opinion I think okada needs to improve their check in area. They have to make sure the check in should be smooth and fast . If others can then i think okada can!!! I hope they will check their logistics in checking in.

Best hotel in Manila

Perfect! No complaints.

The pool bar services needs to be a little more organized with orders. But I think that is more of a management issue and not the worker! But overall, the staff was nice and attentative.

Checking in was horrible. I booked 4 rooms. Waited until after 4:00pm for our rooms.

Breakfast at Medley was good . Too crowded though.

Too crowded. Rooms were not ready at 3pm check in time. Rooms were not set up with extra beds for my grandkids. Was really disappointed with our stay this time.
