Front office staff were very friendly

Very very old The room was tiny, the bathroom was even more extremely tiny The furniture was so old it had stains on it The closet door wouldnt slide and fell off the runner The beds were small and close together with no room around it For the Aud$500/night it was horribly old more like value of Aud$150/night

We have a long stop in Honolulu before our next flight we spent a night in the outrigger hotel . We picked up this hotel

Location was great , bell concierge , breakfast and hospitality room . And the staff in front were very nice they let check in earlier in our room .

Shower was very small and properly building needs to be updated

The staff was amazing !

The bed in room 609 was sunken in the middle. The wallpaper in the halls were peeling off terribly. It seemed really run down.

Very good

5 days in Waikiki.

Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Balcony was small, but provided a good view. The location was very good with easy access to the beach.

Mattress was a little hard. Quite a bit of elevator noise. Bathroom was fairly small.

I would stay again but would definitely need a larger bathroom

Central location was perfect

The bathroom . The shower was extremely small and closed in . I felt very claustrophobic in the shower and it was quite uncomfortable

Good location, not the best beds.

The hotel was in a great location. There was a pool and 24 hour front desk.

The best was like sleeping on the floor. Gave me a really sore back :(
