Loved that there were bathrooms everywhere. Lots of daily and nightly entertainment.

The food was probably the worst Ive ever had at a resort. The staff were unhelpful to resolve issues. We requested birthday treatment and although we were told multiple times they would decorate the room, send chocolate etc, or sing happy birthday at restaurants we made reservations for, none of that ever happened. The concierge was unresponsive and unhelpful.

Great experience, would do it again!

I enjoyed my stay at the el beso section.. I loved the food and just the general chill vibe! The entertainment was great, the staff was also really nice. I slept so good! Definitely coming back

The AC was broken during my whole stay and it took two days to fix but I still slept really good because the room was not really hot

Romantic and relaxing for our anniversary getaway!

The room was absolutely beautiful. The hanging chair on the patio was the most beautiful place to relax at the end of the day, even in the rain the patio stayed mostly dry. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff were awesome and were able to get us into the busier restaurants a few times when we weren't able to make a reservation. Pez Dama is awesome!! It's exclusive to El Baso guests and right on the beach. The beach was beautiful, loved the hammocks right on the beach. Lots of vendors on the beach depending what time you are there, be ready to say no a few times (just tell them you have no cash if you aren't interested.) The theatre has fun shows most nights, make sure you check them out. Volunteer for the icebreakers before the show, they're fun! We went in September, the off season, so the resort was pretty empty. It was amazing!! Very few children around, even in the regular resort areas. Nice and quiet, loved it!

A nice stay

The room is very nice and comfortable! Breakfast is great and staff are also very helpful! Hotel installations are very new and well maintained.

The beach didn't meet my expectations. the sand has a lot of stones and sometimes is hard to walk in the beach without sandals. Also every restaurant need reservation, even the free ones and have dressing code, i don't like it.

Overall, this was a really amazing trip surrounded by locals who ensured you enjoyed your stay!

We had 2 concierges Marcos and Carlos that made our 2 week honeymoon here fantastic! The weather is super hot and humid compared to where we live, so we were constantly asking Marcos and Carlos for more waters and sodas for our room. They both also helped with booking reservations for us at the reservation restaurants like Sakura and Dolce Vita. Housekeeping was amazing and always kept our room sparkling clean whenever we asked or didn't have the "do not disturb" sign up after a night of drinking lol. The bartenders were amazing and constantly kept our drinks full, even from our swim up pool. All servers at the restaurants and buffets were super attentive and very friendly. We did happen to get sick mid way through our stay and our one concierge, Carlos, made sure we were given extra waters and even had a free continental breakfast delivered to our room. You will never walk past a worker here that isn't smiling! The lagoon to the left of the resort was absolutely beautiful and even had a horse on the shore that was extremely friendly. Bingo was a big tradition during our stay and was always hosted by someone great and super energetic. We also really loved the foam party at the party pool on the El Beso side. We met tons of great people during our stay and this is definitely one to remember.

Like any resort, most of the food is somewhat lackluster and leaves a good bit to be wanted. There was always salt and pepper available on the tables, but unfortunately with the humidity, most of the salt shakers were clogged up. There was also quite a few translation errors that made it seem like we were ordering one thing at the non-buffet restaurants and were given something completely different. At the buffets, a lot of times we would come in and would pick up food that was already cold.

Very good

My stay was amazingly beautiful

I loved the room it was very beautiful. The swim up room was perfect especially when the pools close for the day.

Checking in I was told my room was messed up or not ready so we upgraded for a night to the rooftop which was awesome. Didnt get into my correct room till until the end of the next day.

All employees were very friendly. I loved how clean the rooms were. The employees made sure you had water and sodas and beer in your room!

I did not care for the food. The temperature of the food lacked as well as the seasonings.The soda was bottled soda over ice, so it was watered down. I didn't like the distance from the adult side to dining it was a very long walk. It was hard to obtain a golf cart,you waited for quite some time for that. I didn't like the part where they ask you to breakfast to sell you something and bug you. A lot of people don't have a lot of time on vacation, and we spent about 5 hours doing that. I didn't realize when booking that there are 2 parts to the hotels, an adult side, and a family side. So there will be running and screaming kids in certain areas. The buffet does have an adult side, but other restaurants are all parts of the resorts together.
