Beautiful beach and pools, nice view from room, clean resort well maintained. Lot's of food.
there were lots of staff not really doing anything. the food became monotonous by the 6th day. The bars were busy and the bar tenders were not really quick to serve customers. The drink orders were 60 percent wrong unless you asked for beer.

The hotel is amazing. We enjoy everything there. The service was excellent, every person who works there is very kind and the food was delicious. We enjoy every moment. For that we'll go back soon.

I had to change my room three times, leaking roof in the bathroom, stinky room, tv and phone was not working. I had a terrible time at this hotel

Not a way I wished to start off my birthday.
Large property much to do. Close access to the beach.
No language barrier but lack of communication with the restaurant reservations. The buffet food was 3 out of 10. I mentioned to the front desk that my remote control didnt work the day we arrived & that problem was never resolved. My safe also wasnt in working order. My towel rack, toilet paper holder & tv mount were broken (barely hanging on). The booking.com states pedicures & manicures are included and not an additional charge but the property manager says otherwise and refused to accommodate me for any spa treatments. Not a way I wished to start off my birthday.

Beach was good .
service was very bad . i stayed 5 days but the phone never worked . they gave me towel after 2 days later , luckily i brought my own towel.

Very good
The resort was excellent even though no one spoke that much English. The customer service is amazing.
it was a beautiful property as shown in the picture
I had a funny odor in my room. Thats pretty much it when the air conditioner ran.
