Very good

Its wonderful to spend time here.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is very clean! Im easily allergic to dust and I dont feel any uncomfortable while my stay.

Nothing really bother me. Only its kind of difficult to choose which utensils I need while arriving.

Luxurious rooms, nice amenities, wish the AC worked better! Room NEVER got below 20.5 C entire time!

Loved the gym, pool, and other common amenities

The AC in my first room did not work properly so they moved me to another room. The AC in the second room never reached the temperature settings on the thermostat, which were restricted to 15 degrees C in the bedroom and 19 degrees C in the living room. The entire time of my stay, neither the living room nor the bedroom temperature EVER dipped below 20.5 degrees C. Optimal sleeping temperature is 18.3 degrees Celsius. The staff did, however, send me a fan to my room when I asked. ADVICE: If you need to be cool at night in order to sleep well, I would contact the hotel and make sure you get a room without direct sunlight with an AC system that actually works well. The AC system in the 2 different rooms I stayed in did not pump out very cold air and the fan speed was slow and weak.

Loved the staff and the room. We booked a king studio and got upgraded to a 1bhk king. The property is beautiful and just a 5 min walk from Emporium mall. Multiple 7/11 near the property and 10 min walk from a community park and 12 min from a bunch of restaurants.

One of best stays in Bangkok

Loved our suite. It was super clean and modern and had all facilities one could need. Location is also perfect. Few minutes walk to public transport and malls and convenient stores all closeby.

Can't think of anything. The mattresses and pillows were a bit stiff but not too bad

Great hotel on a great location

We really liked the living room vibes of our hotel room. We also had a washing machine, which was convenient. Big bathroom with a great shower. Great pool and amenities for our child. Location is a couple walking minutes away from the metro station and near a big mall. In general a really clean and nice hotel with friendly staff.
