The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Albuquerque Historic Old Town is a convenient choice with access to major highways. The hotel has 24-hour security and plenty of nearby dining options. Some street-fa (Read More)cing rooms experience noise from passing vehicles. The pool was too cold and the hot tub water was not clean. However, the rooms are generally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable, with the exception of a broken pancake maker. Overall, it is a recommended hotel for future stays.

Stayed at this Hotel a couple times now. Great Location right off I-40 and we like the breakfast option.

Great location, basics need improvement
Fresh coffee every morning, safe places to walk our dog, 2 queen beds were very comfortable, fridge, microwave and internet all worked.
Heater was broken in December and they attempted to fix it but it never worked properly, towels always smelled even after exchanging for fresh ones, front desk staff always seemed angry.

Convenient location off of the interstate and to Old Town.
The nights we stayed this hotel, it was very busy but the staff was wonderful. In the morning, I noticed the desk clerks helping in the dining room and emptying trash when not at the front desk. The breakfast was good and rooms clean. We also purchased some snacks from the little store that was there. Good selection. All of the employees were very nice. We enjoyed Old Town and riding the Tram up the mountian. There were 3 of us in our group.
Maybe place several large trash cans in the dining room. The ones located under the counter were not large enough with the amount of traffic in the dining room while we were there.

The breakfast food was low with nobody there to refill. The front desk staff in the morning were unfriendly. They wouldnt look up from their computers to help anyone.
