The hotel offers a great bar on the 8th floor with a pool, and there is a shuttle service to the beach. Overall, it's worth staying at this hotel, especially for its location and friendly staff. Its 10 min walk to Patong centre,clean room and any requests I had were fulfilled. Good value for money and very friendly staff!!

Great stay. Very enjoyable.

Everything was really good overall. Pool and rooftop area with bar was a big plus. Recommend to those made nervous by some of negative comments, really not any issues that should affect your stay.

Could tell upon entering rooms that there might have been a mold issue, few remaining signs/marks and a bit of muggyness in air but fixed with the AC/open window. Pool should stay open later and AC should be used in communal spaces as deathly hot when circulating throughout.

UNCLEAN: The beds are dirty and have bed bugs. The rooms were so uncomfortable and the facilities are in bad shape. The couches and chairs were extremely filthy. UNSAFE: We had to leave on the first night because there was a man who repeatedly tried to open our door. The staff did not do anything about this and pretended like nothing happened. Also there were creepy men all over this hotel. It is not safe and there is no security. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The hotel is refusing to refund us or compensate us for this terrible ordeal.

Comfortable Room, The bed very comfort, Reception staff also good .

I ask for iron then after a few minutes the housekeeping want to take the iron back, im not use yet. Then the staff make a face to me. So property must ready for many iron for your customer.
