Good stay with excellent view. Peaceful and quiet sums it up.

View is excellent. Food is good. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Cleanliness of the pool could have been better. Ambience of the seating area during night could have been better at night. Word of Caution: As we travelled from actual north goa with beaches we were unaware of the strictness adhered to wearing helmet just 100 mtrs away. We were fined for the same and our mood got ruined for the same. More of a family resort.

The reception staff are very good. They did everything in their power to make a comfortable stay.

Location is very good for a short stay. All the staff were pleasant and accommodating. I recommend the restaurant Sea Pebbles, everything is just exceptional.

The resort requires a full refurbishment. The owner needs to put their hands in their pockets and spend some money on the dilapidated rooms. The grounds are pleasant but beware of broken floor tiles and major trip hazards.

We left. We didn't even spend the night. We were not refunded. It was very disappointing.

I requested a partial refund as we didn't even stay 1 night out of our 3 night stay. I was told no refund would be given by the property or booking.com. Very disappointing as a loyal booking.com customer. The pictures online did not reflect reality. There was no shade at the restaurant (like in the photos) There were no pool towels and the pool was cloudy. The tables and chairs were cheap plastic. They were covered in bird poop. The birds also kept trying to eat our food when we ate. The menus were dirty, falling apart, also they did not have many things on the menu when we ordered lunch. Plus, when we ordered food it came out incorrect. The wait staff didn't really speak English, I don't think they understood our order (not totally their fault, but I figured in Goa at a resort like this the wait staff would speak English a bit better). Not what I expected as an international traveller. Otherwise, the room seemed clean. However, there were definitely parts of the room that had mold that were painted over (not uncommon in Goa but still not okay) We did visit the beach, which was nice. I would never stay here though.

Good location bit expensive

The complimentary breakfast was not very good but decent. The in-house restaurant was good. The harbour view rooms are best. The staff was very helpful and considerate.

The property is not the value for money type. A bit on expensive side, the building and plumbing is old and no exhaust fan in the bathroom which bothered me most. My first impression was not great.
