They need apologize about threatening and laughing on guests.

Central location, clean rooms.

Its not a hotel actually, it is part of office center. Some of the rooms looks straight on offices with people on meetups, they can see you in details. And its not a staff on reception, the staff are young persons with listening techno music in the lobby. These guys can look at each other and laugh at the guests. Terrible feelings. One man from reception threatened me not to change a room after I did it several times looking for quite and privacy room. It was no funny. Really horrible management. For 1 stars its okay, but its 4 stars. Be careful with eating in hotel restaurant. The room service brings plates in hands not covered. Tiny gym, the room 20 meters. Bad sound isolation.

Nyx Hotel in Warsaw it was a pleasure, room was so clean, bed was so comfortable,and the view was beautiful at Night, it feels like being in New York. Highly recommend. Definitely i will be back.
