The check in was very fast and Amir was very professional and welcoming person . You will find too many thing that need to be fixed just dial 0 and call Amir he was very helpful . The good thing about this hotel is few steps from metro station 1 min . Also you are surrounded by too many pure Italian restaurant and there Arabic (Egyptian restaurant not far as well )

ALL WAS VERY GOOD EXEPT ROOM IS TOO SMAIL .

Location is good, close to the train station and Metro, easy to get around.

Bar service is lacking, staff is rude. I asked for a bucket of ice but operator told me I had to get it from the bar directly, so I went to bar myself to request for one. But staff gave me a large clear plastic bag with ice instead. Her response is bucket can only be provided if I order something from the bar. In all my travels, I have never encountered such a thing from a hotel.

Smiling and helpful staff, brilliant location, nice clean room, check out time not too early

Minor points: Scrambled eggs not warm enough, coffee in breakfast area not very nice (but much better when made by staff), English language channels difficult to find

Great Location! Clean Rooms.Delicious Cake left for my partners birthday on arrival. Staff were very attentive and friendly!

Iron was a shared facility on a different floor but that being said the irons were good and they had hangers so you could take your items back to your room easily.

Overall is good. Nice staff.

Room is nice and clean. Location is also the best, easy to access everywhere both train & bus. Also many restaurants in surrounding area which able to walk. However, would like to have some advise for the first visit guests to avoid some area where quite dangerous at night or early morning.

Some area is dangerous to walk pass at night & early morning which i knew later from Italian friend to avoid to pass there.
