great spot for Galway City, free parking
Location wise it's a nice walk into Galway City, we like to walk. We stayed here last year too. Nice hotel, staff are friendly but to be honest we do not spend much time in the actually hotel.
The room was so warm without any airflow so we all had a bad nights sleep. There must be a way of regulating the temperature. It was very warm for this time of year. We tried adjusting the temperature gauge but did not really help.

The staff were so friendly, room was spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel is very modern and decorated lovely! Breakfast the next morning was perfect.

Location, ample parking, comfortable spaces to sit and chat, lovely ambiance
Eating area is noisy due to low ceiling and hard surfaces but otherwise everything lovely
