The elevators are too small and less. The queue was horrible. The breakfast was mediocre, also no standard cutlery setting and no napkins! I had to look for knives and napkins. Food like sausages was cold when I came downstairs at 9am. The food was warm for earlier breakfast people. There were black stains in the bathtub area, not sure if it was mold.. but the bathroom needs some update. It was full with people attending conferences so definitely not for people looking for privacy or serene holiday

Beautiful on the outside, not pretty on the inside!

This hotel is located in a very strategic location and easy to reach. The main road in Jogja is strategic but not too crowded like Jalan Malioboro. I really like the location of this hotel. The strength of this hotel lies in its location and its staff, although I saw some staff who were quite old but still friendly and agile (concierge and FO), on the other hand there were others who were still easygoing but not too passionate about helping guests.

I realize the hotel is over 20 years old but unfortunately the long term maintenance doesn't seem to be going well. The toilet pipe was leaking and the white caulk showed it had been patched multiple times. When it was repaired by Engineering, the leak was resolved but the jet spray flowed without water pressure. Tea and coffee making facilities look very old. Stains stuck to the bottom of the kettle, kettle is dull yellow, 2 cups which are also dull. It's all impressively old and looks dirty. The 2 bath towels were of a slightly different color because one was soft white and the other was old and dull white. The color of the pillowcases and sheets is dull white and looks old. Old hotels don't always mean worse than new hotels, if this hotel improves especially on the facilities in the rooms, it will definitely still be an option. Because after all, over 20 years it's time to rejuvenate. The level of cleanliness and accuracy in cleaning the room needs to be improved. Food variety on the breakfast is met y expectation, however I was disappointed when I ordered a drink at the bar, the avocado juice was very runny and no better than the juice in the food court at the mall. But I love your Latte. Thank You!

The power outages were inconvenient. If I were to come with my wife I would need a room where there was no mould in the bathroom silicon to avoid respiratory issues
