Really just the staff

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for the parking lot and wasn't watched nowhere on the booking. Did it say a limit on breakfast included, and Jacuzzi was cold

Good service. I was in town to attend a beautiful praising Sunday service and see a great CHRISTMAS MUSICAL OF GOOD CHRISTMAS SPIRITUAL MEANING OF THE CHRISTMAS SEASON.

Comfy beds but no hotwater

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Right by Lucas Oil Stadium.

Had no hot water after 1 shower the 1st day and no hot water at all 2nd day. Conditioner and handsome were not filled up room and were empty.

A lot of non-resusable plastic being used for cattering. This is not aligning with global objectives to reduce plastic wastes everywhere. It must not be too difficut to offer washable ustencils.

IT COULD'VE BEEN WAY BETTER HAD WE HAD A CLEAN ROOM AND HAD THE HOT TUB BEEN WORKING

BEING DOWNTOWN

OUR ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. CRUMBS ON THE FLOOR ALL OVER. CRUMBS ON SHELF WHERE MICROWAVE SAT. THE COUNTERTOPS BY THE BEDS AND COUCH HAD NOT BEEN WIPED DOWN. THERE WAS STICKY FINGERPRINTS AND DRIED KETCHUP. THE TOILET WAS GROSS ON THE INSIDE-DIDN'T LOOK LIKE IT HAD BEEN TOUCHED.

Disappointing

Great location, bad hotel

Its so close to Lucas oil stadium

At first they put us in a room that was filled with construction workers cart and tools and electrical stuff. Keys didnt work in new room they gave us. Heat didnt work. Fridge didnt work. Girl workers desk wasnt very pleasant.
