Superb

It was a great experience, I will definitely stay here again!

The staffs are all pleasant and helpful. They provide all the required information especially they know you are a tourist. The location is great, it has restaurants to choose from in case you want to dine out late at night. Carrefour is also within the area, just 5mins walk which is very convenient! We can grab all our grocery needs at any time! Plus the great part is that this hotel is right next to a metro station! (Porte De Vannes) We commute everyday in a very affordable manner and tour around Paris like locals do. I will definitely book again in this hotel! (Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis even if we don't request for it. Amazing!)

Superb

Enjoyable stay overall

Very spacious room for a family of three or four. Hotel is new and clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Also very environmentally friendly by not providing water bottles but a water fountain on each floor instead. Hotel is very near to metro station.

Location - far away from all the scenic sights and nice restaurants. Mitigant is that its v close to the metro station.

Nice stuff, big room with 2 TV and kitchenette with espresso machine, toilet and shower separated, kids like it as it's comfortable and spacious.

No parking for car in the hotel but stuff gave us a map with 2 nearby parking, not expensive like 13.5euro per 24h, good deal.

Overall good hotel in a good location,could improve a bit on the cleanliness,but generally is good

Good location, Metro station right outside. Room was spacious and comfortably set up.

General cleanliness in the room was ok, but can tell it was not properly cleaned/ surfaces not wiped before check in, empty shower gel/ soap.

Great location.

We couldnt have picked a better location. Metro, tram and bus links within seconds from the hotel. Location made travel a breeze.

Checking was at 2pm. Unfortunately we arrived around 1:30pm and was told our room wasnt ready. I think they forgot we were waiting as we had to go and ask at 2pm but room was still not ready. It would have been nice if they offered a drink while we were waiting; I did ask for a coffee and was charged over 4 for it. I would have had it for free if our room was ready on time as we booked an executive suite which came with a coffee machine and other complimentary drinks.

Nice hotel

The window is almost voice proof. There was a train passing next to the hotel or highway, but you can't hear any, so nice. Staff is nice, always smiling and helpful. They advise restaurants and everything you ask. It is pretty clean, and they clean it every day. We were three people, we took a sofa bed additional to queen bed and they had curtain separator between them. There is 24 hours open small grocery in front of hotel, so water, snack, vegetable can be bought anytime you want and you have fridge, microwave, waterboiler and capsule coffee machine in the hotel room, so amazing. Metro is next to the hotel. You don't need to even walk for more than a minute. :)

There was no slippery in the room. It would be nice to have. But we never asked, so they might provide if we asked. There was a kind of club style voice in the middle of the night. It wasn't loud, but it still disturbed me. Only I have got disturbed by the voice, neither my mom nor my wife did, so I guess I am too much sensitive. :)

Convenient and enjoyable.

Location,very handy metro right outside.we even got to Versailles,Disneyland and all around Paris conveniently. Staff and service was brilliant,everyone commendable and helpful.BReakfast was great,the water dispenser on the floor was a good bunos... We had a family room and kids love it...we will be back and recommend it highly.Pur flight was late at night but we were able to leave our luggage and enjoy the fly out and kust came back for it straight to the airport using the tram and metro.
