Overall, guests appreciated the location of Novotel M�nchen City, with quick access to the subway and within walking distance of the Old Town. The staff at the reception desk and in the breakfast are (Read More)a were commendable. However, there were some issues mentioned, such as narrow entry to the garage and lack of transparency about the price. Some guests found the room size small, but appreciated the cleanliness and amenities provided. The breakfast buffet had a good range and quality. Overall, guests had a satisfying stay and would consider staying again.

Very good

The breakfast and the coffee machines are amazing. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is not far from the city centre, 2 stations by train S bahn. My kids enjoyed the Fitness centre and the Swimming pool.

Superb

Clean and well-maintained hotel with good breakfast and nice amenities

We got a room on 4th floor with windows opening to Hochstrae, and we really liked it. Nice views of the river. Breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety. Wellness centre (pool/sauna/gym) was a plus, and facilities were open up until late at night - towels are provided in abundance and the amenities/area is maintained well. This property is a 15-20 min walk from the centre (Marienplatz). A taxi ride will take 5 min but costs 10-15 EUR. If you stay here, make sure to visit the nearby Sudetendeutsches Museum!

Room layout was strange with toilet separate from the bathroom/shower. Pool water temperature could be a bit warmer. Hotel's only entrance is located in the driveway, strange as it would make more sense to have the main entrance on the road for ease of access.

Located in nice area. Family friendly. Nice spa and gym area. Were delicious breakfast and nice staff.

SPA sone was quite busy in some moments.

Fantastic.

Everything was great! The service, breakfast, very clean, the room is perfect for families the pool too!

The bedding could be nicer, years ago it was fluffy and soft now the bedding is basic and not that comfortable.

The pool was really nice.

Traveling as a family we booked 2 rooms. When we checked in they put us quite a distance from each other. No complimentary coffee or tea. No continental breakfast.

receptionists were rude, i had a problem with the booking app, because it opened me a wrong date, and i needed to make a cancelation which charged me 90% of the price, and they told me to do it and the will help me to get my money back, and i have done it but they didnt write do booking, and also booking customer service is not heping, I was so naive, and payed a new date and payed almost double i thint that this was my last time in novotel, extra bad for me because i payed from bosses card because it was a bussines trip, and i am in trouble
