Disappointing

Privacy and Customer Service Disappointment

The location is absolutely fantastic, providing easy access to key attractions and making exploration of the city a breeze. The room itself was not only clean but also well-appointed, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. .

Firstly, the lack of a lock on the bathroom door was a major privacy concern. As a group of four people sharing a single room, the absence of this basic amenity significantly impacted our overall satisfaction. However, the real let down occurred when we encountered an unforeseen situation with our bookings. Due to strict annual leave policies at my wife's workplace, we had two reservations one in Dec 2023 and another in Jan 2024. Unfortunately, a cancellation mistake was made for the latter booking, a realization that dawned on us just 1.5 hours beyond the hotel's cancellation policy period. Upon contacting the hotel, the staff exhibited an astonishing lack of empathy and assistance. Referencing our recent visit in Dec 2023 or holding our Accor membership appeared insignificant to them. Their sole focus was on enforcing the cancellation policy, showing little regard for the unfortunate mistake and our attempts to rectify it. This experience has exposed a significant flaw in the hotel's customer service. It is disheartening to realize that their commitment to guests may only become apparent when issues arise.

We would stay there again.

Room was nice with comfy beds. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was just great. My granddaughter lost a soft toy and the staff were lovely. All the staff were nice and the concierge was more than helpful.

We stayed for 6 nights and it would have been nice to change the sheets at least once. The rooms were a little small for two adults and two children. You cant look out of the window without standing on the divan.

We made the best of the bad situation with our room not being available

Very friendly, great location and very presentable

They had a maintenance problem when we arrived and couldnt give our room we booked , so they gave us two separate rooms which split our family up . We intentionally booked a room with 2 big beds so we can stay together. It was extremely inconvenient

Very good

I lined up with everyone else to collect my car. I was told I need to go wait outside so I changed where I waited. Every other person was served (over 40 people) and I was the last waiting for my car. I only got my car after I went to staff and said excuse me Ive been waiting an hour, then they went and got it.

Great Place to Stay

The location was close to all the places I wanted to be, yet tucked away enough from all the buzz of the city. Staff were very accommodating, super friendly and helpful. Room and view were great. Comfortable beds.

Convenient location and great stay

Location and facilities were great

Initial checkin was a shambles with big queues and staff taking a long time with each customer. They did apologise and give us a bottle of wine which was great, but I feel like their process needs improving (the same person checking people in was having to go and fetch stored bags). We checked in after 2pm and room wasn't ready.
