I loved experiencing the luxury of the Novotel

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff very helpful especially the young man who helped with the taxi.

Disappointing

They thought we didnt have a booking at the hotel when we arrived. Likely that the integration between their system and booking.com was not clean. Took over half an hour to checkin to our rooms when we were very tired from travel.

Hypocrisy of the so called 5 star hotel

I had booked the hotel 1 month prior my stay with full payment and wen I informed that I wld dine in thr which is so obvious as I was staying thr on dec31st night it was weird for me to hear that they want to block some money from my credit card as a safe deposit to wards my in house facilities. wat a hypocrisy... I said that wl b cleared during the time of checkout but insisted on the card block than finally the staff agreed that on no credit basis u can have dine in and clear the cheque there only which I agreed to. And as it was jan 1st the staff insisted to block and reserve table in advance that too with full payment for me n my daughter which I did. Spread was lavish was dj was not great not expected such a behavior from so called Novotel.

Nice place to stay

Beautiful property and very comfortable stay. Proximity to airport is a big advantage.

Why is breakfast not included in the booking?? There's no option to choose "with breakfast".

Breakfast International Gourmet

Smoking areas & ashtrays were next to the doors so you had to walk through smoke. Move them a few meters away. Hyderabad has poor air quality already without walking through second hand smoke.

Location. Next to airport

Staff communication was poor. I had booked a shuttle and they were not aware when I got to the reception. I was upgraded to breakfast-included but the restaurant was unaware. They interrupted my sleep to ask me if I could checkout early. Great hotel. Lousy management.
