I booked the hotel for countdown and didnt expect to stay near the party place, its annoyed and their step awake me until the party end. I cant sleep all night

Great location to the Em area

Staff were excellent especially regarding late check out times. So warm and helpful. The doormen and security were so helpful and polite. Location is brilliant next to the Em area. The linens and the bed are good. Bathroom fine. Good lobby, plenty of parking, nice pool.

Towels are old and threadbare. When you order cocktails on the rooftop ask for the alcohol to come separately so you can make sure that your drink is getting alcohol. Breakfast: Quite good and well organised but let down on 3 major things.... 7 eleven sausage instead of a proper sausage Low quality unsalted butter instead of a good quality salted butter Roast potatoes not cooked every day Difference between trying to be 4 star but actually 3 star for breakfast
