Lovely comfortable bed, great staff and very nice roof top pool

The room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful- taking our bags off us from the taxi and taking them to our room. The rooftop pool and spa were both amazing, and a lovely place to spend a couple of hours away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel was close to attractions such as Royal Palace and wat pho, and khao San Road. The bed was comfy, we had a great sleep after a long flight. Also, the restaurant just opposite on the corner had great food!

We left our bags there for a few hours after checkout before our flight, and upon returning they said we had an outstanding bill to pay. They claimed we had taken things from the mini bar, which we definitely hadn't..I'm sure this was just a misunderstanding, though, as they just accepted when we told them we hadn't had anything.

Location was great. Staff were helpful. We were able to get check out of 6pm which was handy since we had a late flight.

Felt a bit run down. Gaps in footing and scuff marks. Windows werent that clean.

They tried to charge us for 2x chocolate bars when we checked out even though there wasnt any chocolate bar in the mini fridge and we didnt have anything in the mini bar.

Pleasure stay!

We have arrived really early, like 9 am and got checked in, very appreciated after a long journey. Room was clear, comfy and overall we enjoyed it. Localization is very good and we would for sure come back there.

Location was great 5 minute walk from Khaosan Road. Rooms were very spacious, good shower and comfy beds. Rooftop pool was clean and tidy.

great service and great location

all the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who gave us great advice. Went for a massage treatment at the spa very convenient location

the lighting in the rooms is very bad - it is quite dark and difficult to figure out which switches are linked to which lights - I would suggest the hotel puts in more lights in the room and marks the switches clearly. Also in the gym, there is no water provided and only large towels (no sweat towels).
