Good

Great stay!

Staff were very helpful and the setting was lovely. Wed accidentally not booked the complimentary breakfast but the staff were very accommodating and did us a good deal which was really appreciated.

You had to walk outside to get to the spa/gym as this was separate to the hotel, though this was only a short two min walk it wasnt pleasant in the cold/rain. The restaurant was expensive though the quality of food in the evening meal was superb.

Lack of consideration or common sense

Poor policy - hotel refused to offer a refund in the event of a guest having Covid. They preferred to risk the health of existing staff and other guests just to make a few extra dollars. Very poor reflection of the hotels standards and morals
