Location is great and its newer

The staff We had issues with connecting to wifi and asked the staff on multiple occasions to help us. Two separate staff members (one of them being their tech specialist) told us it was our fault and that there was nothing they could do. We tried on 4 different devices and got the same result each time. When I asked at the front desk the lady told me that she couldnt help me and was horribly rude about it. I can understand that it might not be something they can control, but being friendly and at least trying does go a long way.

The perfect place to stay before an early morning flight.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. We liked the decor in both the public spaces and in the room. The ring light in the shower was fun. And the shower was great. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were luxurious. I enjoyed sitting in the quiet lobby reading my book with a glass of wine. We had breakfast and dinner there - the food was good and a good value for the price.

Quaint village airport location

Shuttle was not good. We arrived in the afternoon so needed to take a taxi for less than 20 euro. It was suggested we take a taxi back to the airport and were advised by staff it would be 15 euro. It became 20 euro as it was Terminal 3!! Not overly impressed with this advice. We had dinner and it was very good value compared to the neighbouring offers. Little shop in the village for fruit, drinks etc was a bonus. There is a local bus to take you to a large shopping centre, about 25 minutes away but we did not go. TV and shower were a bit off to begin with but loved the size of the projector TV when we worked out how to make it work! Would stay again.

Modern and clean hotel. The perfect place to stay the night before an international flight from Paris.

Great location near CDG. Super modern, comfortable rooms. Friendly and attentive staff members. Meals and shuttle services are available.

With the pre-Olympics renovations happening at CDG, I had difficulty finding the new location for the shuttle to the hotel. Also, the shuttle schedules to the hotel were not necessarily at convenient times (however, shuttle services and times to CDG from the hotel were excellent).
