Very good

A very memorable stay with family recommend as a very good property for temple town visits.

The hotel is located at an ideal location for visiting vrindavan, mathura, govardhan make it a preferred destination. Restaurant has a very good menu. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Trainees or untrained staff taking care of billing during check out and giving wrong information about payments and Bill's.

Superb

Hotel staff was professional & friendly. Facilities were good, however we had issues with toilet drain, that was in shower area, which could not be resolved. Rooms are fairly spacious. Being in spritual land of Virndavan, all the staff is very polite & helpful. Resturant served very good vegetarian food, without onion & garlic. Breakfast buffet was good & had good variety. However I feel that overall the property is overpriced, by 10% to 15%.

Toilet drain issue in our room was not resolved.

Good property but need to improve the basics!

Overall the hotel is pretty good. Neat and clean. Staff is pretty helpful. Location is close to prem mandir, which is good.

AC was not working and it took more than 1.5 hour to change the room. I was with a six month old child so that made it difficult. Then in the second room also, the ac was not that great. There were frequent power fluctuations and power cuts which is not expected from a premium hotel. A bit overpriced.

Nothing to like about this hotel, pathetic experience

Smelly room, negative vibes due to not maintained as per 4 star hotel category, not clean well and very slow room service. All over pathetic experience. Not value for money. Over priced!!!
