Good value for money

Location, room size and facilities.

Breakfast had a lot of variety to meet home tourist needs but only a few things for traditional English breakfast.

Excellent location

Breakfast choice is good. and location excellent to all major tourist sites. Hotel is clean and modern.

Unfortunately no facility to make hot drinks in room. Did not realise when booking, that kettle only supplied to certain room types. Not experenced this at other 4-star hotels we have stayed in. Had to ask at reception, we got one kettle between 2 rooms. We had to get our own tea bags etc. Would have been good if the bar on rooftop was open.

Excellent hotel

Very modern hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even prepared us a breakfast box as we were leaving before breakfast started one day. They also put out coffee and cakes in the afternoon for guests.

Fantastic location. Staff friendly and facilities were 1st class

Nothing to dislike. Had an issue re leaking air-con unit in our room but this was sorted out very quickly once the issue was raised

Ideal location with respect to airport bus and also within walking distance to the center

1) Breakfast buffet is very rich fulfilling more or less every expectation. 2) Room size is not exceptional but ok; we had two large suitcases which were not easily to be stored in the room; mattresses very good. 3) We chose the hotel because of the location closeby to the terminal station of the airport bus. In addition, the main center (cathedral) is within walking distance, some 15 minutes.

1) Missing space to store (and open) two suitcases accordingly; I had to use the available table. 2) The separation of the toilette from the remaining part of the room is achieved by a opal sliding glass door which is not my favourite soluttion. In addition, I do not know if I remember correctly, but I believe there was no fan to foster the renewing of the air in the toilette.

Great stay at a very good hotel.

Great location, close to the city centre, but also far enough away to be quiet at night. Good rooms with good facilities. Great choice of food for breakfast.

Pool area was closed and so could not access it.
