Very good

Host was so helpful

The owner was amazing she text us with lots of reccomendations near by and it was so cold she gave us an extra blanket. She also gave us fresh towels every day. It was close to the main street but couldn't hear the beeps at night.

The bed was pretty hard but fine for a couple of nights.

Friendly host I came back late at 3am and called her to unlock the gate she did not mind. I asked for extra blanket when I checked in as cold in Hanoi and she provided me with one.. Close to train station if planning to arrive/depart.

Cheap, simple, clean, comfortable, and well positioned.

So much better than expected. The building has genuine character, and doesn't feel like a weird Ikea hotel, as so many other places do. The owner Thuy was very accommodating and welcoming. The room was super simple, a bed, small table and bathroom. No ugly unnecessary decorations, which is totally how I like it. Very clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable, quite firm. On a really cool quiet street nearby some interesting government buildings, very safe. Walking distance to the "action" in the Old Quarter, and 2 seconds from a big supermarket and lots of restaurants. Thanks again for the stay, Thuy!

We really liked staying here, it felt like a home thanks to the super friendly family who runs the place. This host is very helpful and cares about their guests. Good communication. The room was simple, neat and comfortable, had everything we needed.

Great price. Excellent location: close to the center, near the train station and the famous Train street, where you can drink coffee next to a passing train. The room is modest, but it has everything you need: hot water, bed, towels, fan. The owner is very hospitable and kind!

The owner is responsive and very friendly and helpful. It's not far from the old quarter and it's easy to move around.

The staircase is narrow and it's quite hard to carry big luggage upstairs. Towel was tiny and the door knob was nearly falling out. The owner had been to the room without telling me about it while I was out (it wasn't cleaning but a couple of items had been moved), which I didn't like. The floor was a little dirty.

Great one night stay

Great value for money, we needed a one night stay close to the train station and this is perfect. Very simple in terms of facilities but the bed is comfy (pretty firm) and the shower is strong. The owner is very accommodating, we arrived at 2am on a bus from Ha Giang and she was still up to greet us and let us in.

Air conditioning wasn't the strongest, but gradually got the room cooler. A bit out from the old town, better for those getting a train from Ga Ha Noi - perfect for us.
