Disappointing, expensive and poor quality

The room was not available for checkin at 4pm, despite being advertised as from 3pm. Room was dirty, glasses chipped and mini bar half consumed by prior room user. Staff were unhelpful and unapologetic about the poor standard, and for the price we paid I am incredibly disappointed. I have stayed in many NH hotels and this was no where near the bare minimum standard.

The location is very good. The staff is well trained.

The management of NH needs to look at the hotel furniture including the beds and the cleaness of the bathroom.

Our stay at NH weinbzentrum, Austria

It was good valur for money and the rooms were really spacious.

The air conditioning was a problem as it was really hot inside the room and the property had switched off the AC as it was winter. The staff were very friendly but opyions for breakfast were limited and basic things such as smart tvs were nit availabke which should be a standard.

Location is good where all around are shops.breakfast is fair but could be better. Rooms are big. The staff were helpful

There are only two staff at breakfast and could not serve everyone. There is no AC in the room, always heated. There is no free bottle of water in the room no slippers. The restaurant should serve all meals not breakfast only

Fantastic location. Comfortable,quiet rooms . Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The two lounge chairs in our room were badly stained.

The location is great, a lot of shops and good restaurants around. The bed was very comfortable and the room was big and clean.

Kind and helping staff, good breakfast.

I booked a family room with 2 single beds and one sofa, advertised on Booking as a type of room that can be booked but when we got there, they put us in a standard room with one bed claiming that this is all available. We got into a booked room only next day.

. Everything from location in the center and next to subway station and the size of th rooms. Ghazallah in the reception is the best. Soo friendly and helpfull.

An agreement was made with the hotel via Booking before arrival to arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel, and the price was determined by the hotel after informing them the number of people and the number of bags. Upon arrival, the driver demanded a larger amount than agreed upon, and I informed him that the hotel had told me this price and asked him to accompany me to the hotel to confirm this. Upon arrival, I did not like the response of the employee present, and her manner was rude by standing with the driver and supporting his words. But I was keeping my conversations with the hotel, and she saw that what I said was true, and it was the hotel that agreed with me on this price in advance. She remained silent and responded in a provocative manner as if it was my fault. said "pay what was agreed upon and the hotel will pay the rest for you". I didnt like her attitude toward us and she made us uncomfortable and not welocomed.
