Location

You mentioned in the hotel description that the hotel doesnt allow pets inside! And i was surprised that hotel was full of dogs! Thst was disappointing as i have allergy to dogs

Memorable stay

An extremely comfortable stay. The room was huge and well furnished, the beds were huge and too comfy, the bathroom was perfect, we loved it all. Daily spotless cleaning, friendly staff. Our stresses just melted away. This part of the city is excellent for a leisurely walking, many restaurants and shopping centres in the vicinity. La Rambla is a bit far and you need to take a bus.

My advice to others - if you get a message from the NH collection for online check in ( via Booking.com) - just ignore it. You will anyhow be given a new room on your arrival and your selection plays no role.

Location was superb!

- the rooftop pool was absolutely freezing, we wasnt informed that the indoor pool/spa you had to pay I was initially told when we arrived its 14 for 30 minutes and then when I went to the spa, I was told that It was included in our room so we arrived to the spa the next day only to be told we had to pay 14 for one hour. - the pillows are extremely soft and uncomfortable
