Location was great, hotel clean, staff very friendly and amicable. Lourdes at front desk was welcoming and helpful with our inquiries about getting around and visiting places. Diego the bellman was great and helpful too.

Very good

Liked the variety of breakfast, the spacious room and decoration. The staff was extremely friendly. We can also recommend the restaurant and felt safe at any point in time.

The room was very good however, the price was premium and would have expected it to be perfect. The pillows were not good, the curtains did not close entirely and the light in the bathroom was insufficient. I had rooms with a similar standard for half the price.

Great rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious. A great buffet selection. Excellent location, easy walking to everything we wanted to do in Amsterdam. Definitely recommend

Our rooms were on different floors which made it difficult as we are a family of five. I did ask for rooms close together

Will never stay there again.

I booked and paid in adavance for a bigger room. The hotel has overbooked the hotel and had to fit with 5 suitcases and my partner in 18 meters room for 440 euros. Staff wasnt helpful at all and really rude.

Friendly front office staff

The front desk staff are friendly and warm . Have. It met hotels where most of the staff are so welcoming and friendly and especially to my pet dog Bubblee

The bed felt abit bouncy.
