Location and hotel were good maybe a heads up on the parking situation before we arrived.

Fresh & clean close to all the amenities

No local parking we were told find what you can quite abruptly.

Location would mean I would stay again if visiting Brugge despite my negatives.

Breakfast was good and something for everyone, the location is fantastic, we drove and the close city centre parking very convenient, all the reception staff were very friendly, helpful and available.

The shower is positioned over the bath and the bath design is very narrow, especially at the bottom. I'm only averaged in size but turning around was awkward, my feet only just fit and my elbows would easily knock on the walls during the shower.

Good hotel in Bruges

The hotel is located on a square close to all of the main sights. The staff were very helpful. The room was large and in a quiet location.. there was plenty of choice at breakfast, and you could request a freshly cooked omelette of your choice from the restaurant staff.

The room were adjacent to a bottle drop off. People were dropping bottles down a chute outside our windows until late at night and again from 6am. It was very difficult to sleep..

Very dissapointed by booking.com and the huge differences on the room price..

Location, personnel, room space.

Not so clean, no slipers although they were in facilities. We paid 120 per day plus because we made the reservation via booking. Also after our check (on the 23rd of December) I check again our room price on booking.com and the price was 100 per day Less(!!!)... We asked from the concierge if the could do a discount to us and they told us that they could donif we had made the booking directly to the hotel.The hotel advise us to send a message to booking asking a refund for these huge difference and we will do so

Lovely old hotel in a good location but rooms definitely need updating.

Location and breakfast was fantastic

Some staff were not as friendly as wed expect. Decor very dated and rooms very dark - didnt look like the photos advertised.

Perfect Christmas stay

The hotel is lovely, the staff are friendly. The bartender was amazing, kept us entertained and our drinks full Perfect location, and lovely breakfast. Couldn't ask for more.
