So, trusting NH Hotel's service and staff, I checked out and departed for my next destination. Afterwards, I requested compensation via email along with photos, and the hotel manager responded directly and kindly guided me through the processing process, ultimately providing full compensation. A few years ago, at the NH Hotel in Genoa, Italy, there was a mistake in assigning the wrong room, but it was handled quickly and kindly, so I was satisfied with the kindness and service of the NH Hotel staff.
