Very good

It was convenient and everything we needed.

No breakfast. Location was great and central. Was not noisy or at least could not hear any noise from the restaurants.

Superb

The staff were really friendly. They responded to my messages really quickly. The digital system check-in etc were smooth. Thank you very much Irean, Ryan, Loc, Ed and Divina.

We had to change from Quayside Wing to South Bridge Wing because the rain dropped through the ceiling to our bed. That is just the only downside. I hope it is fixed afterwards:)

The location was perfect! Tha staff Divina Irean and Loc were wonderful! The fact we did not have a window was a plus because the noise from outside was not audible in our room. I highly recommend! They have also washer and dryer for clothes which was a great addition!

well situated and very practical

No breakfast included but a mini kitchen allowing customers to prepare their own food. The location is perfect to start discovering the city. All equipements are included in a small space (like most hotels in Singapore), including an iron. Everything very clean but no cleaning service is included unless the stay is longer than one week

Having to use your phone to access the room can be a problem. The app did not work on my phone, fortunately the staff gave me, alternatively, a magnetic card. But, in principle, having to reply on your phone could be a problem if you get back late at night with batteries off.

Wonderful apartment in very central location

Apartment in very central location. Best for your Singapore adventure as there are 3 MRT lines in walking distance. Room was very clean and actually the fact that the room is without window was more advantage than disadvantage as you can have a perfect sleep and dont hear anything from the street. The only thing is that you dont k ow what weather is outside. I loved that the place has two washing machines and dryers, for those who travel for longer it is game changer. The facility provides everything you need, all devices and equipment. The place is 24/7 air ventilated, has two ACs. The support even it is an all online facility was great. Whenever I needed something I can send message through Whatsapp and I get an instant answer. Like anytime. Even during the night.

There is nothing I dont like. Maybe only one thing but it is not related to facility but stupid guests - smoking. During both my stays I can smell cigarette smoke going out from air vent system which is really disgusting. People think they close themselves in the shower and smoke there and nobody will notice I strongly recommend to add some smoke detection which will be room related and will inform the support so they can make some moves against these people.
