Staff so helpful - would happily stay again.

The hotel has wonderful facilities and a delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of variety for all tastes. Location is handy - it took us approximately 8 minutes to walk to Chongwenmen station. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service we received. Front desk, restaurant and room attendant staff were always friendly and helpful. Thank you very much to Iris, in particular, who went above and beyond helping us sort out tickets for museums and the ballet.

The wifi was unreliable and slow when we were able to connect.

I enjoyed my stay there and definitely if I visited again Beijing i will stay at the same hotel. And I highly recommend

The staff were very friendly and very helpful and some of them know English very well. When i arrived the hotel, the concierge manager Mr. Fisher (Zhang Peng) helped me a lot to arrange my trip to Chinese Great Wall and to book for the Golden Mask Show .. Really I get the best prices & rates for that trips. Also he gave me a map and explained to me the best touristic monuments at Beijing. Their restaurant (TianTan Kitchen) was amazing and they put many options of foods that suite all tastes.. i really loved the food there. The restaurant manager Mrs. Aimee helped me a lot to have meals that suitable for Muslims and also Ms. Daisy from restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful .. My room was very big and the bed was very comfortable..

The AC wasnt very cold in my room.. the rooms temperature was warm although i set the AC on 18 celsius degrees but it wasnt a big issue because the weather was good in October

A wow hotel !

This was a Wow experience! From the entrance bar ad lobby with its waterfall wall, to the lay out of the room. It really is finished with a raffined touch and just feels like luxury! The staff were very helpful and did their best to resolve my internet problems but their level of English limited their helpfulness.

Perfect for a luxury comfortable visit in Beijing.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and were so accommodating. We were so well looked after throughout our visit. Our room was perfect. Great size, great toiletries and fantastic decor and layout. Very comfortable bed. We added the breakfast separately and were amazed at the selection. It was brilliant quality.

The room felt a bit cold as the air con kept coming on despite us turning it off regularly and there were no instructions on how to manage the room temperature. The QR code in the room for room service wouldnt work for us as we couldnt use WeChat. These were only minor and didnt stop us from enjoying our stay!

Staff service was good and responsive to our requests and needs. The room was clean and spacious, very good when traveling with a child.

The price increase was a bit high, especially during the period when we were there compared to 2 weeks earlier. The location is very good and convenient, but the downside is that the traffic jams during peak hours are really bad.
